Penstemon Joy (Beardtongues)

Delightful, trumpet-shaped, bright salmon-red flowers with a white throat on tall stems are held above dark green, narrow, lance-shaped foliage that forms an upright, bushy clump. Flowering from spring through to autumn.

Highlights:

Evergreen. Attracts bees and butterflies. Free flowering. Hardy.

Application:

Great for containers, borders, gardens, mass planting and cut flowers.

Situation:

Plant in well drained soil in a sunny, sheltered position.

Care & Height:

Height to 80cm and width to 60cm. Remove spent flower spike to encourage further flowering. Cut back hard after flowering. Protect from strong winds.
